What an extraordinary trip. I have wanted to visit the himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan for many years. At last I made it there with the help of you and your wonderful team. From beginning to end it was wonderful. I  was hoping to visit a land unspoilt by the rigours of the modern world, and the land of the Thunder Dragon did not disappoint. The scenery was awe inspiring from the dramatic himalayan mountains to the lush fertile valleys and everything in between. I loved the woodland hikes in Thimphu and Phobjikha. Truly Shangri-la. 

 

The fertile land produces tasty organic food which was tastily cooked and presented at all meals, plus a few local snacks along the way. 

The Bhutanese are welcoming with a gentle and respectful curiosity and keen to share their love of the country and it's culture and history of which they are so proud, and rightly so.

The beauty of the buildings ( dwellings and temples) with the colourful paintings are vivid and unlike anything I have seen anywhere in the world. 

 

It was so interesting to hear about the Buddhist religion and how it interweaves with your history and ongoing philosophy and culture. Easy to understand how it gets the reputation of the happiest place in the world!

 

I was taken care of so well by my excellent guide Dhoji and driver Poop. I felt as if I was royalty. Nothing was too much trouble and always so respectful. I felt totally safe and secure as a solo female traveller. I cannot recommend them more highly. 

I cannot think of anything to improve   just keep doing what you do so well and keep to the low volume high quality plan.
