What do Druk Asia’s tour packages cover?
All our Bhutan tour packages include standard 3-star accommodation, transport within Bhutan, a tour guide, driver, three meals, and entry fees, ensuring a holistic and enriching travel experience. Should you wish to upgrade your accommodation, there will be an additional premium incurred.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, we do accept credit cards for payment. Once your tickets are reserved and you have agreed to the pricing, we will send you a unique and secure payment link.
When do I have to make payment?
Once your itinerary has been customized, we will reserve your flight to Bhutan to ensure availability. After your flights are confirmed, you can make a deposit of up to 50% of the final cost, depending on the nature and requirements of your itinerary. Upon receiving the deposit, we will issue your ticket and proceed with your hotel reservation.

What if I have to cancel or postpone my trip to Bhutan?
As long as you have not paid any deposit, there is no cancellation fee for ticket reservation. Once you have made your deposit and hotels are booked, cancelling your trip may incur a cancellation fee. Postponing your trip will incur a minimal fee.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we do. Your Visa to Bhutan is guaranteed by us. And we will be happy to refund any part of the tour which you are not satisfied with.
I can't find the embassy of Bhutan in my country. How can I apply for a Bhutan Visa?
We will be able to apply for your Visa on your behalf if you are purchasing a tour package from us. Simply provide us with the necessary for processing and leave the rest to us.
Bhutan Visa Requirements:
1. A valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond your departure date from Bhutan.
2. A recent passport-size photograph.
3. Travel insurance valid for the duration of your trip.
4. Visa processing fee of USD40.
Before your visa can be processed, you must pay for your tour, Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) and the visa fee. We will calculate your Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) based on the duration of your stay.
How much is Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fees (SDF)?
With the new policy implementation, all tourists entering Bhutan are subjected to a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of USD 100 per night.
Children under 5 years old are exempt from the SDF, while those aged 5 to 11 years are required to pay USD 50 per night. It's important to note that the SDF does not cover accommodation, meals, transportation, or guide services.
Regional tourists from India are required to apply for a permit and pay 1200 INR/night.
