I have just finished my wonderful trip to Bhutan- the land of thunder dragon last week. This is one of the best trips I ever had in my life. I enjoyed every minutes I was in this country. Bhutan has everything to be one of happiest countries in the world: great government, beautiful scenery, peaceful people and delicious foods. Such a paradise on the earth!

Kuzuzangpo La,
Thank you for the time in organizing our trip and answering our queries patiently.
Our visit to Bhutan took our breath away. Not by the air of the altitude but by the clear blue skies, the carefully preserved mountains, the richness of the culture that is deeply build on Buddhism and the warm service rendered during our stay.
The experience would not have been possible without our guide, Kuenzang Tshering and our skillful driver Passang. Passang's driving made us feel safe as the mountainous hairpin curve leads to another, to another, and to another. Kinza, our guide is highly knowledgeable about Bhutan's history & Buddhism. He exemplifies the practise of the religion which makes our understanding of the country beyond the superficial level.

Hello Sonam,
I am replying on behalf of both Beverly and myself. Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful time in Bhutan. Our guide Kuenzang and driver Sangay were very welcoming. Kuenzang was very patient and explained in detail the culture and history of Bhutan at each place that we visited. He was also very encouraging when we trekked up first to the Buddhist University and then to Tiger's Nest Monastery. He gave us tips as to how to prepare for certain trips e.g. what sort of clothing attire, what to bring and what to expect which I found very useful. He also acted as our personal photographer and I must say he is rather good at it! Sangay was an excellent driver who was able to maneuver the car confidently even though the roads were not of smooth pavement. We felt safe in the car

Hello Sonam,
Kuzuzangpo La!
Over all we had an excellent vacation.
Both the people and the country of Bhutan is beautiful.
The trip was also made special due to the excellent guide and driver we had.
Some brief comments and feedback on the hotels we stayed.
1. Hotel Norbuling - the rooms and toilets need renovations, has the old smell in the rooms. Too many dogs outside the hotel making noise late in the night.
2. Hotel Lobesa - excellent location, new and clean, very good service, and the food in this hotel is really good.
3. Metta Resort & Spa - nice location & view, however the rooms & toilets need renovations. The dinner we had in this hotel was very bad.
Regards, Gerald Fernandez

Dear Sangay,
It has been an eye opening experience for me with well trained support staff from porter, horseman, chef, Driver & most importantly our superb guide Kinza.
Though his knowledge of the Jomolhari Trek might note be comprehensive but Kuenzang always gave his best to explain or source for the right information.
Thanks again to all your superb crew in Paro & Thimphu.
Cheers, Jen FOO
