Kuzu Zangpola, I just arrived back in Germany two days ago after visiting Nepal for another week of Paragliding. I wanted to send you a big Thank you (Kadrin chhey) for organizing this incredible trip to Bhutan - a real highlight in my travel diary. The Jomolhari Trek was spectacular and breath-taking. Luckily, I heard about the Dechenphu Tsechu (which was not on your list). Ngawang managed to get us there exactly at the right time. We saw the Royal family (the 5. king, his wife and son) plus the prime minister and other high officials. What more can you ask for! Ngawang (guide) and Dawa (driver) have done a great job. Big credits to them for making this trip so great! We had a lot of fun together and I was impressed by Ngawang's knowledge. I hope that DrukAsia gives them the rewards they

We are pleased that we made the right choice to travel with Druk Asia. I'd like to compliment 3 of your employees, Sonam Younten, Nawang Tshering and Ugyen Tenzin (aka Zang Po/Shang Po) on the excellent services they have delivered. First of all, our very first contact from Druk Asia, Sonam Younten. He has been very patience, fast response to our queries and more importantly accommodate to our many requests. Our tour guide, Nawang Tshering is a friendly, helpful & informative guide. He is also knowledgeable and gave useful tips during the tour. We appreciate his patience and enjoyed the meaningful stories and history lessons that he shared. To suit our physical constraints, Nawang was very considerate and encouraging especially on our first trekking trip to tiger nest. The accommodations

Dear Sonam, Have to say I had a great trip to Bhutan. The service from Druk Asia exceeded my expectations all along.
Making the booking was excellent through your excellent service. Even though you had problems and had to change flights. Was very surprised to find the Bangkok Singapore leg was also booked in Business Class !!
Guide (Nyamgen, hope I spelt it right), and driver (forgot name), were great company. They have taken excellent care of me all along especially the guide who followed me everywhere and gave me a lot of explanations on temples, Buddhist history, fortresses etc… He is very well conversant with the history. Have to say that also car provided was very good as well especially enduring the road to Punahka.
Hotels in Thimpu and Punahka were very good especially the Punahk

Dear Sonam Younten,
Kuzuzangpo La! Sorry for the delay in sending the feedback.
We had great time in Bhutan and is truly an unforgettable experience.
The trip was perfectly arranged as per the itinerary, both the tour guide & driver are friendly and efficient. I felt that though it is advertised as 7-day Bhutan trip, in reality it is only 6 days. Since we have to leave Bhutan by 0720h flight on 7th day, we did not have any time to spend. Other than that our Bhutan trip was so exciting, memorable and enjoyable embracing with Mother Nature. I am sending some of shots that I captured in Bhutan.
Thanks for all the arrangements and wish to see Bhutan again.
Belated Happy National Day!
Best Regards,

Kuzuzangpo La.
Good Morning Selamat Pagi.
Dear Sangay Dorji.
Starting with your help with the bookings, and all the information required to make this holiday more enjoyable.
Choky (the guide) and Tashi (the driver) greet us with a good manner and very good spoken English. The condition of the car is beyond our expectation, considering we do not expect anything fancy.
All the accommodation provided, were outstanding and delightful. We love the ideas that all of the hotel are designed with the same interior design, so we did not need much time to adjust when travelling in between hotel.

Hi Sonam,
Kuzuzangpo La. I had a great time as expected =). Unfortunately Tobgay had to lead a Snowman Trek instead, but Ngawang did his job well too. He managed to arrange for me to meet up with my friend Michael Lee who was in Bhutan with DrukAsia too. I would like to specially mention Mr Nim Dorji (Cook) and Uygen (his assistant) for their experience and great service.

Dear Sangay,
Hope my email finds you well.
Thank you for the gift you have sent to me. I like it very much!
Also, please find my testimonial below with the attached photos:
My trip to Bhutan was a truly magical, exhilarating and once in a lifetime experience! This trip would not have been made possible without the kind assistance of Sangay (who responded swiftly to all my queries since day one when I sent in my request to Druk Asia), my superb guide Nawang, and my driver Jigme.
I remembered on my very first day when I landed in Bhutan, one of the first things Nawang told me was that he will make sure I have the happiest stay in Bhutan; and true enough he kept to his promise! Being a solo woman traveller, I really appreciated the great lengths that Nawang and Jigme went through to ensu
