Hi Sangay, Kuzuzangpo la! I thoroughly enjoyed my Bhutan trip! It was a very beautiful country with very hospital people. My guide and driver took very good care of me throughout the trip. I have one suggestion. When I was at Punakha, I was staying at Hotel Lobesa on 24 Dec 2013. I was supposed to move out on 25 Dec 2013 to Dragon Nest hotel which was only 15 min drive away. It will be better for us if we can stay at one location instead. The other hotel is so near so there is not really a difference in switching hotel which requires us to pack and unpack our stuff. The boss of Hotel Lobesa was kind enough to allow me to remain at his place on 25 Dec 2013. On 24 Dec 2013, on our way back to the hotel from Punakha Dzong, our vehicle met with a small accident. While stopping at the side of the road to allow a heavy vehicle coming from the opposite direction to pass through, a car from behind bumped into us. Very fortunately, none of us in the 2 cars were hurt! We were lucky our car was on a straight road and not on a road bend. Very lucky indeed. When the accident happened, both the guide (Tshering Lorbu) and driver (Karma) made sure I was perfectly fine before getting out of the car to find out the extend of the damage and to attend to the incident. Both of them deserved to be praised for placing the safety of their tourist in top priority. Very well done! I will definitely return to Bhutan again. When I do so the next time, I will choose to go hiking as I believe it will give me more beautiful views of Bhutan. Attached are 2 photos taken during the trip.
