Hi Sonam, My holiday in Bhutan was amazing. I’ve been talking about it with friends, family and colleagues! Thanks so much for your help to get everything organize in a short time. We did more trekking than what’s in the original itinerary. Khang Residency was a pleasant surprise on our first 2 nights. The room was very spacious and well equipped and the bathroom floor was heated which was much appreciated when we were there. Apart from occasional dog barking which was bearable, we were very happy in Khang Residency. The last 2 nights in Uma Paro was short of my expectation of a 5 star hotel though. Power tripped many times on our first night without any efforts on service recovery. Maybe my expectation of a 5 star hotel in a typical big city was too much for Paro. Our guide and driver, Ugyen and Sonam Dorji were very nice to us throughout the time we were there. They even brought dinner to my room one night when i wasn't feeling very well after trekking to 3600m. Still, Bhutan was an amazing experience and your service has been impeccable! I will highly recommend any of my friends who wants to visit Bhutan to get in touch Drukasia. Take care and best regards,
