Dear Sonam, Kuzuzangpo la, Overall we are very happy with our stay in Bhutan. The program you gave us was perfect! It covered all our expectations and even more. Bhutan is very different from all the other countries we visited. As you know we had a difficult start. We think that you should give what you promise. When we arrived and we received an other guide and an other driver and an other car , we felt uncomfortable. High season may not be an excuse because we booked very early. The first guide gave us a very inexperienced impression and the second day he had big problems with his knee while walking. The second guide left us after one day because his wife was ill. Mr. Karma in Thimphu solved the problems and we are happy with the third guide. He followed the program and showed us even more , he was very helpful and correct. His English has to improve.
