Upgrade to Business Class is affordable
Drukair has one of the most affordable cost for upgrading to Business Class. Each A319 is able to accommodate 16 travelers on business class seats. The business cabin is made up of 4 rows of seats with 2 comfortable seats on each side of the row. Average cost of upgrade to business class is about USD 240 for return flight.

Can I reschedule my ticket after booking?
Yes, you will be able to reschedule your ticket within the validity limit. Most discounted tickets have 21 days validity. If you need to delay your flight to much later, say 2 months later, you will need to top up the fare in order to increase the validity of tickets to 3 months. Drukair tickets usually have 21 days, 1 month, 3 months or 1 year validity.

Cancellation and Refund
This is the refund policy for Drukair:
i. 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.
ii. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30 – 11 days from the date of travel.
iii. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 10 – 03 days from the date of travel.
iv. No refund permitted for tickets cancelled within 3 days from the date of travel.
There is a SGD 165 administration fee on each tickets cancelled for (i).
There is a SGD 100 administration fee on each tickets cancelled for (ii), (iii) and (iv).
No administration fee for tickets cancelled for infant fare.
