About IYAE
The International Young Artists Exchange (IYAE), an initiative by The Old Parliament House Limited, was launched on 20 June 2012. IYAE creates opportunities for young talents from financially-disadvantaged backgrounds to come to Singapore for a learning and exchange experience. IYAE also funds local young talents from financially-disadvantaged backgrounds to travel abroad for performances and exchange programmes.
IYAE seeks to:
Provide arts training and develop talent
Bridge culture and foster friendship across borders
Provide opportunities and broaden horizons
Give hope and fuel ambition
