We had a wonderful experience!!! We did not want it to end…we had the best guide Dorji and best driver Hindrup. Bhutan was so magical…we would love to come back and experience the beauty of Bhutan all over again. Sangay made this trip possible and we are all very happy with this trip!
Our wonderful guides, Yeshey and Thinley, helped us fully experience Bhutanese culture. In just three days, we visited all the places we planned, enjoyed delicious local food, and were lucky enough to attend the Dechenphu Tshechu at the sacred Dechenphug Lhakhang monastery. We felt safe and welcomed throughout the trip. We asked many questions, and our guides were always happy to provide answers. Exceptional service and experience!
I just returned from a Druk Asia tour in Bhutan. I was very well taken care of by SONAM CHOKI, who was an excellent and informative guide, and NAMGAY THAYE, our very competent, patient, and friendly driver. Sonam Choki provided a wealth of valuable information about and insights into the history of Bhutan in the context of the region, the political leadership of the country, and Bhutanese cultural values and religious practices. I was fortunate to visit an important Buddhist festival on my first day. Afterwards, I was guided in tours of many memorable dzongs and temples, and I had ample opportunities to appreciate the countryside and mountains.
My 8 day trip to Bhutan was a wonderful experience. Soultrips created a great itinerary that made a great introduction to this gorgeous country. My guide Tashi and driver Sonam were the best and definitely went the extra mile to make sure my experience was unforgettable. The highlight of the trip was certainly the last day when Tashi and I trekked to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery. Tashi was encouraging and carried everything for me. The views were beautiful the whole way up. He even suggested and carried a Thangka I had bought earlier in the trip up to the monastery and had it blessed by a priest there. I can’t thank Sonam and Tashi enough for being such wonderful hosts and ambassadors for their awe inspiring country.
I can’t recommend this tour package enough. I used SoulTrips to travel to Bhutan from Singapore and it couldn’t have been smoother. I’ll break up this review in two parts: the preparation and the tour. Preparation: I originally went with a tour company called “Druk Asia” who I believe outsourced to SoulTrips. From the (email) response time to figuring out the flights, visa, and any dietary necessities, SoulTrips made sure to take care of all the details. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure that I would have all the information needed before going to Bhutan Tour.
Soul Trips provided the most incredible opportunity to truly experience all of the great things Bhutan has to offer. The entire process from organizing the itinerary to arriving and touring different cities was seamless. I could not have asked for a better tour guide and driver that made the entire trip memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend using Soul Trips for an incredible experience in Bhutan!
I've been thinking about visiting Bhutan since I was backpacking in Nepal 20+ years ago. Finally got the chance with a family trip this April made possible (and largely stress-free) by Druk Asia. They responded immediately, took the time to understand our needs and tailored an experience for us quickly. With so many operators to choose from, you want to go with one that has the experience to back it up - that's these guys. You can customize the number of days, specific interests to include, etc.

Our tour around Bhutan, arranged for by SoulTrips, was wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was well planned and executed by all concerned. Even the weather cooperated! The places we visited were amazing, the food in Bhutan perfectly prepared, the driver safe and friendly, our guide (Dorji) was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I really like flying Drukair too - it's now my favorite small airline. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. The service at every stage was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly.
We did a 6 night trip around Bhutan. The guide, driver, hotels in Bhutan, organization and itinerary in Bhutan were all excellent.
When we decided to travel to Bhutan from USA via India, I wrote to a few travel agencies with enquiries. Only Drukasia/Soul Trip's Sangay Dorji replied. Sangay patiently answered all my questions and arranged the Bhutan trip for us. Getting permit from Bhutan immigration was super smooth. Our guide Ugyen Tenzing Soul and driver Kencho were wonderful. Ugyen made sure I get the "right" meals due to my dietary preferences. We had a wonderful experience of Bhutan. The trip was fantastic. For years I have dreamed of visiting Bhutan, and when I had the opportunity to do so this year, I decided to hire SoulTrips, which turned out to be a very good decision. Every step along the way during the planning process was very clear and surprisingly easy. From the moment I landed at the airport in Paro I was in good hands. My guide, Kinley, was one of the most knowledgeable, professional, personable, and funny guides I've ever had. When circumstances out of our control required slight modifications to plans, he provided excellent alternatives.
Dealing with Druk Asia has been a pleasure. Our trip plans began in 2019, by 2023 we finally made it to Bhutan. Ugyen at Druk Asia kept in touch with us throughout the Covid pandemic and Bhutan’s closure to outside visitors. Ugyen even changed our itinerary when we were unable to trek as expected (knee surgery).

We don’t know how your guides are assigned to tour groups, but are extremely grateful that we had Dago Rinchen as our guide. He was extremely thoughtful, kind, and accommodating as well as knowledgeable and fun to be with.
