About RSPCA Bhutan
The Royal Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (RSPCA) is the first organisation of its kind set up in the Kingdom to alleviate the problem of animal treatment greatly. In a society that is governed by Buddhist ethics, many are hesitant to recognise the fact that the growing problem of stray dogs has been addressed badly. The RSPCA is an organisation that has dedicated itself fully to finding appropriate and effective measures to combat this problem while operating on a strictly non-profit basis.
